About the Role
UPTARGET is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical strategy and architecture for a group of digital products — a short-video platform, a digital wallet, and a creative marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and define the overall technical strategy and roadmap.
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering, or Tech Lead.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development and architecture using Node.js and React.
